To enter the giveaway users must:
1. Follow @coastboattrips on Instagram,
2. Like the Coast Boat Trips Giveaway post on Instagram, and
3. Tag a friend you would like to take on a boat trip and why?
This competition closes at midday 22/04/2022. Entries received after this time will not be counted. Coast Boat Trips accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
The winner will be chosen at random from the list of entrants and will be DM’d for their email. The winner must reply to the email [email protected] within 48 hours in order to confirm acceptance of their prize. Should the prize not be claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random and again contacted by email. By entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
The main prize will consist of a Lands End Boat Trip for 4 people from Coast Boat Trips. The prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be given. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of Coast Boat Trips and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. As per Instagram rules, this promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary. Applications are open from 10am (GMT) on 08/04/2022 until 12:00pm 22/04/2022 (the “Promotion Period”). Any applications outside this period will not be counted.
2. One person will be chosen to receive 4 tickets to the Lands End Boat Experience.
3. The gift is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
4. This prize has to be redeemed by April 2023 and can‘t be redeemed within peak season/school holidays (30th May – 3rd June 2022 and 26th July – 5th September 2022).
5. Participants are encouraged to follow or like Coast Boat Trips on Facebook, and Instagram
6. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.
7. This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
8. The winner will be contacted via Instagram, if a response is not received within 48 hours, the right to claim the gift will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the gift(s).
9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected.
10. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed. By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
12. By entering participants are giving their consent for feedback and comments to be shared by Coast Boat Trips on channels including but not limited to, social media and website content.
